Sibley, Ia (Northwest Iowa Now) – KICD had regional action on Big Country 107.7 Friday as Okoboji visited Sibley-Ocheyedan.
The Pioneers got off to a hot start, outscoring the Generals 23-12 in the first quarter.
The Margin stayed going in to halftime at 34-23 in favor of Okoboji.
It was a very high scoring 3rd quarter, with the Pioneers growing their lead after outscoring Sibley-Ocheyedan 30-17 in those 8-minutes.
The lead grew some more for Okoboji in the fourth, as they cruised to their first win of the season, 81-51.
Miles Wasson led 10 Pioneer scorers with 24 on the night.
Sibley-Ocheyedan falls to 0-2 on the year and will travel to Sheldon next on December 10th.
Okoboji will take on Unity Christian of Orange City on the same night.
