Windom, MN (Northwestiowanow.com) — An Albert Lea man died in a two-vehicle crash near Windom, Minnesota Tuesday night.
The state patrol says 28-year-old Hunter Schwartz was Southbound on highway 71-, and 42-year-old Amy Pigman from Odin was Northbound when their vehicles collided around 6:30. Schwartz was not wearing a safety belt.
Pigman and her three passengers were wearing safety restraints and received what are described as non-life-threatening injuries.

The state patrol also covered a one-vehicle accident near Jackson a few hours earlier. 61-year-old Randall Raak of Edgerton Minnesota was Eastbound on the interstate, lost control on Icey conditions, and rolled. He was taken to the hospital in Jackson with non-life-threatening injuries.
