Estherville, IA (KICD) — The Estherville City Council has passed that zoning change that would allow higher fences for some property owners.

City Administrator Penny Clayton says the variance will NOT be granted for residential properties, and reminds eligible property owners that you must have those taller fences approved by the city before construction.
