Milford, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Will Dible has been announced as the new superintendent for the Okoboji Community School District, and he will begin July 1, 2025. Okoboji School Board President Juli Johnson says the board is thrilled with this choice.

 

Johnson points out Dible’s unique experience he brings to the position.

 

 

Todd Abrahamson has been Okoboji Superintendent since 2016, and the school board appreciates his help in the transition to his predecessor.

 

Johnson said it was a difficult decision to make, only in that they were presented many qualified candidates for the job.

 

 

Will Dible is a graduate of Okoboji Community Schools, and has receieved his teaching education in Iowa as well. Stakeholders are excited to have him step into this leadership role.

 

Formal school board approval for Dible is expected at the January 8th board meeting.
