Spencer, IA (KICD) — It’s said there are two seasons in Iowa: Winter and Construction. Spencer Public Works Director Mark White says there are two major projects on the docket.

The other major project is the access road at the North Y. But White says there are smaller public works projects all over town.

We’ll get an update on the Highway 71 project through the lakes from the Iowa D.O.T. on Monday, and an update on the street situation around the Spencer Hospital on Saturday morning’s Weekly Health update.
