Dickens, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Clay County Sheriff’s department has charged a Spencer man with possession of two illegal substances.

They say they 56-year-old Michael Scott from Spencer was pulled over December 21st on 280th Avenue between Dickens and Gillett Grove and found both methamphetamine and marijuana in his vehicle.

He was also charged with driving without a license, no proof of insurance and no proof of vehicle registration.
