Okoboji, IA (KICD)– We told you yesterday that the first phase of construction on Highway 71 through the Iowa Great Lakes Area is on schedule, but what is the plan as far as dealing with potholes in areas not seeing initial work?

Iowa Department of Transportation Engineer Dakin Shultz says phase one of the project is scheduled to be wrapped up by May 25th so as not to interfere with Memorial Day Traffic.
