Okoboji, IA (KICD) — Waldorf History Professor Kevin Mason presents the story of Inkpaduda in Iowa next week. He feels the man’s life personifies the story of Iowa’s changing landscape in the 18 hundreds.
The talk is co-sponsored by the Dickinson County Historical Society, and Friends of the Abbie Gardner Sharp Cabin – which itself is trying to tell the story of The Spirit Lake Massacre from both sides.
Inkpaduda in Iowa will be presented at 7 next Thursday at the Pearson Lakes Art Center in Okoboji.
