Spencer, Iowa (Northwestiowanow.com) — Spencer Community School District Superintendent Terry Hemann has been named the 2025 Administrator of the Year by the Iowa High School Athletic Directors Association.

Terry Hemann was honored for his Administrator of the Year award at a home wrestling event January 7th. He has served as superintendent for Spencer CSD for 14 years, and has dedicated 31 years to education.
