Des Moines, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Republican State Senator Dave Rowley from Spirit Lake will be an integral part of the property tax discussion in the state legislature as Vice Chair of the Senate Ways and Means Committee.

Rowley also serves on the commerce, judiciary, appropriations, and Health and Human Services committees, and chairs the ethics committee. Northwestiowanow.com asked Rowley what his priorities are during the legislative session that started Monday.
