Storm Lake, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Storm Lake police have charged an individual with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They say they discovered the items when arresting 39-year-old Master Sarapio on an outstanding warrant. The officer saw him walking along West Milwaukee Avenue and recognized him as a wanted individual.
