Spencer, IA (KICD) — Clay County Tourism Director Olivia Baxter says visitors contribute mightily to the local economy.

Baxter tells KICD News her job is to keep Clay County front and center for potential visitors.

Baxter says the biggest draws to Clay County are outdoor activities, shopping, and of course – the Clay County Fair.
