Des Moines, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — A Storm Lake man has won half a million dollars in a scratch-off game from the Iowa Lottery.

Keith Madsen bought his “Mega Bucks” ticket at the Casey’s store at 207 East Milwaukee Avenue in Storm Lake.

The tickets are 50 dollars each and have thirteen 500-thousand-dollar tickets, and twelve 25-thousand-dollar tickets.
