Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Clay County Sheriff’s department reports three recent drug arrests:
Early Sunday morning 18-year-old Peyton Miller-Fanning of Milford was stopped in the 31 hundred mile of Highway 18. He was charged with possession of marijuana; also, OWI 1st offense and having several individuals in his car too young to have access to alcohol and tobacco. 19-year-old Isabelle Heisler of Estherville and 19-year-old Lily Clabaugh was charged with being minors in possession of alcohol and tobacco. 19-year-old Ella Clabaugh of Spirit Lake was charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Sunday night a deputy says stopped 61-year-old Luke Hunefeld of Emmetsburg in the 34 hundred mile of Highway 18. The arrest report says Hunefeld was in possession of drugs and a pipe. He was charged with possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.

And 28-year-old Taylor Dunn was charged with possession of methamphetamine Friday. An individual from Dickens called authorities to report finding a baggie of what she suspected was drugs in her home.
