Storm Lake, IA (KICD) — Storm Lake police were called to Walmart Sunday, where a man had taken cans of compressed air and was “huffing” them to get high. 26 year old Alfredo Inzunza locked himself in a changing room. Authorities say he resisted arrest. He’s been charged with Huffing, 5th Degree Theft, Interference with Official Acts, and Trespassing.
