SPENCER, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) – A 38-year-old woman from Fort Dodge, Francesca Vasques, was arrested during a traffic stop on Highway 18 near the 3200 mile marker last Friday.

During the stop, police conducted a probable cause search of Vasques’ vehicle and discovered marijuana. Vasques was taken into custody and charged with driving while barred and possession of a controlled substance.
