Spencer, Iowa (Northwestiowanow.com) — Yesterday we incorrectly told you that results of the State Fire Marshall’s investigation into Friday’s fatal fire in Spencer were pending. On Friday we were told the fire started in the living room, but that damage was extensive. Fire Chief Jesse Coulsen clarified that the official cause of the blaze at 101 DeLoss Court will be listed as “undetermined.”
