Milford, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Dickinson County Sheriff’s department has charged a Milford man with alleged 3rd degree sexual abuse. Information on file at the Dickinson County Clerk of Court’s office says 38-year-old Wilton Jairo Campos Lopez was taken into custody around 3am Saturday at his residence at 2655 250th Avenue.

The affidavit says the Sheriff’s Department has information leading them to believe Campos Lopez unlawfully committed a sex act on a person who was mentally and physically incapacitated.
