SPENCER IA (Northwestiowanow) – The IOWA DOT has cancelled tonight’s meeting at Spencer City Hall.

Due to severe weather, the public meeting scheduled for tonight regarding the proposed roundabout at the north junction of U.S. 18 and U.S. 71 in Spencer has been canceled. The meeting will not be rescheduled. Instead, individual meetings with landowners will be arranged soon.
