SPENCER, IA (northwestiowanow.com) – A Spencer woman was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop early Saturday morning.

The stop occurred near the 2000-mile marker of 350th Street, where officers identified the driver as 31-year-old Cassandra Anderson. During the stop, a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted.

Police discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Anderson was taken into custody and now faces charges related to drug possession.
