Arnolds Park, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — Multiple search warrants were executed on May 13th at the Boji Nites Gentleman’s Club as part of an extensive investigation by local police and the Iowa Department of Revenue. The club is being investigated for allegedly underreporting revenue to the state. The specific dollar amount of the underreported revenue has not yet been disclosed, and the investigation is active.

Following the search warrants at the Arnolds Park location of Boji Nites and in rural Minnesota, a civil forfeiture proceeding has begun for the club’s building. Charges are currently pending.
