SPENCER, IA (Northwestiowanow) – Local authorities have announced Thursday, June 19, that portions of N14 (310th Avenue) are now closed due to ongoing conditions, with access restricted to emergency and authorized vehicles only.

The 4100 and 4200 blocks of N14 are completely closed to regular traffic. Emergency vehicles may still access these areas, but only by traveling along the ditch bottom or shoulder. All other motorists are advised to park at the nearest gravel intersection and continue on foot or by ATV/UTV.

Meanwhile, the 4300 to 4700 blocks of N14 remain partially accessible. Landowners and emergency responders can reach these areas via gravel intersections or by approaching from the south using B63 (480th Street).

Residents are urged to plan accordingly and avoid unnecessary travel in the affected zones. These measures are in place to ensure safety and maintain emergency access during this period.

Stay tuned for updates as conditions evolve.
