PALO ALTO, IA (Northwestiowanow) – A Curlew man has been arrested for a second violation of the Iowa Sex Offender Registry requirements.

On Thursday, June 19, at approximately 2:50 p.m., the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office took 38-year-old Tyler Davis into custody on a valid arrest warrant. The warrant charges Davis with a second offense violation of the sex offender registry, classified as a Class D felony under Iowa law.

Davis was transported without incident to the Palo Alto County Jail. A cash-only bond was set at $7,500. Unable to post bond, Davis was booked into custody pending further legal action.
