This 30,000-square-foot facility is designed with adaptability and flexibility in mind, aiming to meet the individual requirements of various businesses.

Anne McMann with Iowa Economic Development made the trip to Spencer to celebrate the milestone as well.
Spencer Municipal Utilities CEO Steve Pick was integral to getting the grant money.
Spencer City Manager Kevin Robinson says the spec building could help draw attention to the Spencer market.
The new spec building is located west of the Clay County Sherrif’s Office on 4th Street.
