Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Spencer’s City Manager stopped by the KICD Morning Show this week to update us on replacement housing.

Kevin Robinson says two developers are taking advantage of 50 thousand dollar per unit incentives set up by the state of Iowa.

 

 

Robinson hopes there will also be interest when federal money through the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Relief program is approved.

 

 

Those two programs are in addition to state-aid for individual homeowners who chose to rebuild.
