Storm Lake, IA (KICD)– The Buena Vista County Attorney’s office was plenty busy in June based on new numbers released for June.

County Attorney Paul Allen and his team successfully convicted twenty-six indivuals for a variety of offenses including seven first offense OWIs, one second offense and one third.

Also on list were convictions for possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana and possession with intent to deliver. One person was also convicted for illegally possessing a firearm.

The information released on Wednesday notes that these twenty-six cases represent intictable crimes but not other matters within the jurisdiction of the County Attorney’s Office.
