Sheldon, IA (KICD)– The City of Sheldon is hosting a farewell reception on Thursday for its outgoing Community Development Director.

Curt Strouth has served the Sheldon Community since 2012 and announced last month he would be leaving his post to take over as CEO of the Iowa Lakes Corridor Development Corporation based in Spencer.

Thursday’s reception will be held from ten to 11:30 on the third floor of the Community Services Building.
