Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Randy Feenstra still is not ready to say he’s running for Governor. During an interview at the Clay County Fair, Feenstra told KICD News he’s examining the race, but talked like he’s already in it.

Feenstra said Iowa is in a race with other states for residents.
