Sheldon, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — A fire caused by an electrical outlet at the Sheldon Pizza Ranch at 104 Runger Avenue was put out with a fire extinguisher before the fire department arrived Sunday night. They were dispatched at 7:36pm. They did open up the wall to make sure there were no interior flames and were back at the station by 8:30.

A pizza warmer was plugged in at the time and the cause of the fire was determined to be the outlet itself.
