Two people were seriously injured in a three-motorcycle accident Saturday afternoon in Clay County.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says it happened around 1:45 p.m. in the 35-hundred block of 310th Avenue.
Authorities report a motorcycle driven by 44-year-old Homer Martz of Laurens lost control and hit a second motorcycle, driven by 42-year-old Dequin Sanusi of Oklahoma. The two then collided with a third motorcycle.
Martz and Sanusi were both transported to the Spencer Hospital with serious injuries.
Deputies say the third motorcycle left the scene before they arrived and has not been located. The crash is still under investigation
