Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — There will be a reception for three Spencer city councilmen Tuesday evening.

 

The community will have the opportunity to say “Thank You” to councilmembers Brian Balk, Tracy Larson, and Ron Hanson whose terms expire at the end of the year.

 

The reception will be held at 6pm in the council chambers prior to the 6:30 council meeting.
