(PSA) — City offices in Spencer close at 3 today and will reopen for normal hours Friday.

City Hall in Estherville is closed, the library closes at 1 and they will reopen Friday. The Transfer station will be closed tomorrow, and Thursday’s garbage and recycling will be picked up Friday.

And the Clay County Administration Building is now closed until Monday
