February is Heart Health Month

Spencer, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) – February is full of heart, and keeping that heart healthy was the Clay County Health Update topic this weekend. Cara Ruter with Planet Heart at Spencer Hospital say February is designated as Hearth Health Month to raise awareness and encourage people to take steps to protect heart health.
