ESTHERVILLE, IA (Northwestiowanow) — The City of Estherville has announced updated office hours for the upcoming Presidents Day holiday.

City Offices, the Estherville Public Library, and the ECCOG Transfer Station will all be closed on Monday, February 16 in observance of the holiday.

Despite the closures, the regularly scheduled City Council meeting will still take place at 5:00 p.m. Monday in the City Council Chambers.
