Estherville, IA (KICD)–On Tuesday night Estherville Council permitted temporary Veteran parking Spaces. City Administrator Penny Clayton discussed the new Veteran Parking Spaces.

Clayton says the space would not be enforced by police.

Before the signs veterans would have to park in handicapped or wherever they could find parking.
