Spencer, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Clay County Board of Supervisors are pleased with the latest audit of the country, presented today at the regular supervisors meeting by Winther, Stave and Company.

Arvin Druvenga and Becky Graves presenting the annual audit for fiscal year 2025 and said despite Clay County emerging from a year of historic challenges, the finances of the county are in relatively good shape.

 

The sheer scale of flood recovery is visible in the numbers.

Revenue and expenditures were relative to the year.

Looking forward, the county’s $18.9 million debit will drop significantly.
