Jackson, MN (KICD)– A Jackson woman was hurt after being hit by a car late last week.

Jackson County Sheriff Shawn Hakens tells us the incident happened shortly after noon Friday when 39-year-old Sarah Reckard of Trimont was attempting to make a turn onto Highway 71 when she reportedly hit the woman.

The victim was taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
