Spencer, IA (KICD) — Tuesday is the kickoff for this year’s “Spencer Reads” initiative. Co-chairs Amy Simpson and Brook Schueller stopped by the KICD Broadcast Center to visit with More 104.9’s Rhiannon.

The community effort started after students lost instruction during the pandemic.

There will be future Spencer Reads promotions thorough out the school year.
