Sibley, IA (KICD)– A South Dakota man that was the subject of a suspect search involving multiple law enforcement agencies in August has pled not guilty.

Online court records show 47-year-old Jeremy Bickett of Yankton entered the written plea on Monday for multiple charges including second degree theft, eluding, operating a vehicle without owner’s consent possession of a firearm as a felon and OWI.

Bickett is accused of leading Osceola County authorities on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle in late August before he allegedly took off on foot in the Matlock area leading to a search involving six different agencies.

Online court records show a jury trial in the case is currently set for December.
