Estherville, IA (KICD)– The City of Estherville is looking at connecting some existing trail and sidewalk systems throughout the community.

City Administrator Penny Clayton says second area of focus then shifts to another section of town.

The Trail Extension Project will be funded with money that has already been set aside for trails.
