Jackson, MN (KICD) — Jackson, Minnesota is the first community in the region to put together what City Administrator Matt Skaret calls “The Winning Formula” to attack the housing shortage.

The sub-division called “Belmont Heights” is a three-way agreement between the Wisconsin developer, the city, and local industry.

Skaret says Jackson has a net of 18 hundred workers that commute INTO town every day, and they’d love to have them move there permanently.
