Sheldon, IA (KICD)– Two people have been charged with drug offenses following a warrant service in Sheldon Monday afternoon.

The Sheldon Police Department executed the warrant around 3:30 in the 1000 block of 11th Street which led to 43-year-old Donna Hinds of Milford and 62-year-old David Kamies of Sheldon being taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and gathering where controlled substances are used.

Hinds was further held on an outstanding warrant from Clay County. Both parties were booked into the O’Brien County Jail and have preliminary hearings scheduled for December 11th.
