Sioux City, IA (KICD)– A Sioux City man and former nurse has been given prison time on federal drug and pornography convictions.

67-year-old Douglas Kelley was sentenced to more than ten years behind bars last week for possession of child pornography and conspiracy to acquire controlled substances through fraud. These convictions come after Kelley was convicted of possessing child pornography in Buena Vista County in 1993.

Kelley will serve 126 months in prison followed by five years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay 12 hundred dollars in fines.

A South Dakota man was given probation in this case earlier this month with a third defendant from Nebraska currently awaiting sentencing.
