Storm Lake, IA (KICD)– A Storm Lake man is facing multiple charges after police were called to a domestic dispute early Tuesday morning.

Officers with the Storm Lake Police Department responded to the call around four o’clock at a residence inthe 200 block of Highway Street.

While on scene, responding units were told by a female victim that she had been assaulted on two separate occassions in December by 29-year-old Jose Juarez Recinos. She said Juarez Recinos would grabbing her neck preventing here from breathing while also allegedly threatening to kill her if the incidents were reported.

Juarez Recino was taken into custody and charged with two counts of third offense domestic abuse assault, child endangerment and first degree harassment before being booked into the Buena Vista County Jail without bond.
