Estherville, IA (KICD) — A traffic stop in Palo Alto County last week has resulted in an Estherville man being taken into custody on outstanding warrants in Emmet County.
Estherville Police Chief Brent Shatto says warrants were made out in January for 41-year-old Jesse Kinney following an investigation that began in December of 2022. Estherville police were assisted by the Iowa Division of Narcotics, Iowa Great Lakes Drug Task Force, the Emmet County Sheriff’s Department, and the Emmet County Emergency Management director.
Kinney was taken back to Emmet County where he was incarcerated for two counts of delivery of methamphetamine, and two counts of gathering where controlled substances are used.
