Spencer, Ia (KICD) – Spencer hosted their Girls Invitational Track and Field meet on Thrusday at Dale Norton Field. Here KICD area event winners:

In the 100m Dash, Jaselyne Anderson won for Estherville Lincoln Central with a time of 12.71 seconds.

Kishauna Allen of Okoboji won the Girls 200m Dash with a time of 26.37 seconds.

For the 400m Dash, it was Emmetsburg’s Rachel Schany winning with a time of 1:01.73.

Anderson would pick up another win for Estherville Lincoln Central in the 800m run with a time of 2:27 flat.

Cara Schiltz of Estherville Lincoln Central won the 100m Hurdles with a time of 16.65.

In the 400m Hurdles, Sioux Central’s Preslie Peterson won with a time of 1:11.54.

Sioux Central’s 4x400m Relay team of Wilson, Wilkinson, Geisinger, and Madsen won with a time of 4:29.84.

The Sioux Central 4x800m Relay team of Geisinger, Christian, Madsen, and Bloom also took 1st with a time of 10:46.9.

Okoboji claimed the 800m Sprint Medley Relay with a team of Avery, Meyer, Allen, and Wells clocking 1:56.19.

The Rebels picked up another relay win in the 4×100 Shuttle Hurdle, ticking 1:14 flat with a team of Waldstein, Wilkinson, Orenday, and Peterson.

Emmetsburg’s Rachel Schany won the High Jump with a height of 4’10”.

Spirit Lake’s Lauren Travis placed 1st in the Shot Put with a toss of 40’1.5”.

Fran Travis of Spirit Lake would win the Discus Throw with a launch of 133’0.5”.

In the Team scores, Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley and Sioux Central tied for 1st with 96 points, Spencer was 3rd with 80, Okoboji 4th with 74, Spirit Lake 5th at 70, Estherville Lincoln Central was 6th with 64, Storm Lake 7th with 59, and Emmetsburg 8th at 43.
