Estherville, IA (KICD) — The annual Iowa Junior High and High School Rodeo is at the Emmet County Fairgrounds this weekend.
Volunteer Crystal Pluth says around 100 kids participate each year.

 

And the event is free for spectators.

 

Pluth tells KICD News the Iowa Junior High and High School Rodeo is only possible because of donations and volunteers.
