Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Spencer City Council Monday night received the monthly activity report from department heads.

Mark Warburton is in charge of the city’s Police Department.

 

 

And Jesse Coulsen is Spencer’s Fire Chief.

 

 

Spencer Police and Fire departments will be training in the coming weeks on the new rescue boats purchased after the flood.
