Spencer, IA (KICD) — Spencer Schools continue to grapple with building deficiencies. Superintendent Terry Hemann says Johnson Elementary is on the front burner.

All options are on the table at this time.

There are similar needs at the High School. Hemann isn’t sure if the repairs will be bid separately, or as a package.
