Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Spencer Retail Kickstarter Committee has made its forteenth loan. It has allowed Jennifer Lange – who has experience in the printing industry – to purchase Speed Printers at 101 West 6th Street.

The Spencer Retail Kickstart Committee is comprised of State Bank, Farmers Bank, Northwest Bank, Community State Bank, the city of Spencer, Spencer Chamber of Commerce, Spencer Main Street, and Spencer Municipal Utilities.
